I went fishing with the family for the fourth of July celebrations.

It was a nice cool overcast day. Overcast. No direct sunlight.


I got a bad sunburn.

I'm not kidding. Saturday I started to form blisters.

Sunday I was crying from the pain, and had to lance several blisters because holy moley mother of god they were HUGE and painful.

Today even more formed. I really want to skin myself if it would make the pain go away.

Fucking sun. *fist shaking* I forgot how I'm an LVA art major, and how my habitat consists of indoors.


anyways.... for you Americans out there hope your Independence Day was A-ok and filled with less permanent melanoma forming crisping.


I'm off to go spray myself down with a cooling pain killing spray.

Omg, the drawings arrived today! And wow... they are even more lovely in reality :heart:

You really have a lot of kindness and to draw such wonderful things free of charge, I love all 3 of them, you draw my characters so well! The one of Ruby especially just seems to GLOW on the page.

I love the effect of the colour on brown card, I'm really gonna have to give it a go myself at some point!
